What Is Adhesion?

 

Adhesion is an internal scar that remains after a surgery, inflammation or infection such as endometriosis, appendicitis, any body trauma, radiation or peritonitis. Any of these conditions can be the cause of adhesions. Today, only few treatments are able to remedy this condition; however, most people are not satisfied with them, as they are not improving any related aspects.
